迪士尼【花木蘭】電影原聲帶在台灣的發行日期終於敲定是在６月２６日全面上市！滾石將同時發行『英文版』、『中文版』以及『套裝限量版（含超值贈品）』！

此外，６月１２日先推出兩張『花木蘭電影單曲』，分別為『柔情版』與『豪氣版』，包裝特殊、質感不差，這兩張單曲造型很有特色，ＣＤ據說是透明的！兩種各限量發行10,000張，可在全省唱片行與7-Eleven買到！

一拿到迪士尼第３６部經典動畫【花木蘭】（Mulan）美國版的電影原聲帶後，我就前後聽了三遍，感覺這次實在很不一樣…本片的歌曲與以往迪士尼動畫片中的歌曲不太一樣，不但份量少而且都不算長，這並不表示【花木蘭】的歌不好聽，而是本片似乎不像以往迪士尼動畫片那樣以歌曲作為劇情的串場。不過老實說，我覺得片中的四首歌都還不錯，各有各的特色。
“Honor to Us All”大概是幾首歌當中旋律最好記的；“Reflection”則太短了啦！不過Lea Salonga的歌迷們絕不會失望的；“I'll Make a Man Out of You”聽起來有點像以前港劇武俠片主題曲的風格，Donny Osmond真不愧是唱將級的歌手，聲音真不錯！最後一首“A Girl Worth Fighting For"則是詼諧走向，作曲的Matthew Wilder還列名在演唱者的名字當中，只是我不知道那個是他的聲音。
本片的配樂可以感受到很有中國風味，不論是壯闊的樂章或是悠揚的小調，配樂大師Jerry Goldsmith在樂器的選用似乎都蠻符合東方的樂風。而且我覺得原聲帶上幾首配樂似乎經過重新組合，就像【獅子王】的原聲帶一樣。另外在原聲帶裡還收錄一首名為“Suite from Mulan”的純配樂，是由電影中幾首歌曲的旋律所組成。
電影原聲帶裡還收錄了兩首流行版的歌曲，其中由98°和Stevie Wonder演唱的“True to Your Heart”把我嚇到了，因為這首歌實在太“rock”了！這首歌是擺在片尾結束時一直延伸到播放字幕。另一首流行版的“Reflection”，則是由新人Christina Aguilera演唱，真的很好聽唷∼
